Floating Rate Loans- No prepayment fees shall be payable.
- No prepayment fees shall be payable once the loan has been converted into Floating Interest rate post the expiry of the Fixed Interest Rate period
- Any prepayment during the Fixed Interest Rate period of the loan will attract prepayment fees of 5%.
- Non-Individual Borrower
Floating Rate Loans and Fixed & Floating Rate Loans- Prepayment / Foreclosure fees shall be applicable on all pre-payments.
- Prepayment / Foreclosure fees of 5% on the amount prepaid in the initial 3 years from the date of first disbursement and 3% thereafter applicable; unless specifically mentioned in the borrowers loan agreement.
MSME Loans / Loan Against Property / Commercial property Purchase
